Fellow Pay A/S makes changes to the Board of Directors and Management
Fellow Pay A/S is pleased to announce that Carl Christopher Tornblom (Chris) has been appointed as Fellow Pay A/S’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2023. Chris succeeds Christian Eiber, who remains on the Board of Directors as Vice Chairman. The Board of Directors will be completed by Christian Müller, who continue his role as a Member. Additionally he will be instrumental as an advisor to Fellow Pay A/S’s CEO Rasmus Meilvang.
Chris holds the Chair of Tyson & Blake Group, an investment company focused on growth stage companies. He has vast experiences in the global financial markets and been instrumental in several public listings. He was previously the CEO of Metacon AB, which he took on to the stock exchange in 2018, building the shareholder base from a mere few hundred to more than 20 thousand and increasing the value of the company from about $5m to $265m as of early 2021.
He serves on several boards and is highly dedicated to philanthropic matters. He has lived and worked in among others, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and South Africa.
He currently resides in Luxembourg. He is educated at Shenandoah University, USA and the Graduate School of Business Administration in Zurich, Switzerland.

He will work alongside with the other members of the Board of Directors and CEO Rasmus Meilvang, who recently joined the company.
Rasmus Meilvang is an experienced finance executive with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation, banking and construction industry. His recent experience as a founder and CEO of another Nordic FinTech, and as head of operations of a Canadian FinTech, listed with Nasdaq. Management experience within corporate finance, treasury, risk management, controlling, project management and employee development. He holds a masters in economic and innovation.
Christian Eiber has 20+ years of executive management experience, He is a dedicated advocate for sales excellence and global business scaling. His expertise shines in navigating critical issues with customers and suppliers, empowering businesses to thrive. Christian's extraordinary journey encompasses a two-year solo world trip, mainly on a bicycle, across all seven continents, providing a truly unique global perspective. Having lived and worked across several continents, he brings a rich cultural and international background to his work. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Paris, London Universität Salzburg
Christian Müller is a seasoned executive with 20+ years experience in financial management, operations and general management, most recently as CFO/Managing Director of Semikron Danfoss. Vast exposure to international, multi-currency corporations with domestic and foreign entities. Has a sound track record of value added accomplishments in all areas of financial management. Solid leadership skills to achieve accountability and cross-functional team building. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Augsburg.
